This year we are again putting on our Walk Through Bethlehem Event at Eskdale School on Saturday 15th December. Doors open at 2pm and close at 6pm!
Come and see the sights and sounds of Bethlehem and celebrate the start of the Christmas festival, celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus!
Entry is free and there are many things to see including an Inn serving refreshments; market stalls of food and tradesment of the time, sharing their works; and of course, a stable and baby Jesus with Mary and Joseph too.
There will be donkeys too for the children to ride on.
Why not come and visit us and start the Christmas period with the true meaning of Christmas?
Hope to see you there!
Oh and mind the Roman Soldiers patroling the market - there's a census on too!
On Sunday, this week, we welcome Fiona Lloyd to lead us in the service and Andy Lloyd to bring us God's Word. We will be looking at Apollos from Acts of the Apostles. After the service there will be our monthly lunch where everybody is welcome to stay and join with us - its free too!!
Refreshements are served from 10am for the 'early bird' - so come and see us early!
Service starts at 10:45. We offer a Sunday School and visiting children are invited to join them.
We hope to see you there on Sunday!
We run the Alpha course from time to time. If you would like to know more, please ask by email or call our mobile.
We are looking into a new course starting maybe in Autumn, if people are interested.
