At Whitby Christian Fellowship we run a number of different meetings throughout the week. Our main meeting is held at Eskdale School on Sunday mornings from 10:45am. For more information about this meeting see below.
We also hold three house group meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at different locations. For more information about house groups, please Click Here.
Our Sunday morning meetings are our main weekly meeting. It's a time when the whole church can meet together. We meet at Eskdale School in Whitby and the meeting starts at 10.45am.
Our Sunday meetings consist of singing, with a selection of modern praise songs and hymns, prayer and a sermon. Our sermons usually follow a theme such as a book of the Bible or a topic such as Jesus' Parables or Forgiveness.
We're a family friendly church and our Sunday meeting always includes Sunday School for children aged 3 and up. Click Here for more information about Sunday School.
Our meetings usually last around and hour and a half and a cup of tea or coffee is always available at the end for those wishing to stay and chat.
On the last Sunday of the month we hold a shared lunch after the meeting which provides an opportunity for the whole church to spend time together and get to know each other better.
There are also a number of other meetings which are held at other times, including a Monday night music practice for our church musicians, planning meetings for our Onomy group and youth meetings.

As well as our regular meetings, we run Christianity Explored and Discipleship Explored at different times throughout the year.
Christianity Explored is aimed at those who want to know more about the Christian faith. The course acts as an introduction to Christianity, challenging attendees to think seriously about God and their lives.

Discipleship Explored is a course for those who have already become a Christian and wish to find out more about their faith.
